  Nate Wood came in the middle of a snow storm and well below freezing outdoor temperature to do an emergency gas line repair so I would have heat. He did an excellent and thorough job, took his time to make sure it was fixed, even though the snow and outdoor temperature were continuing to fall! Thank you, Nate! 😊

  CYNTHIA W Highly recommend. These guys are professional and courteous. Nate, A.J. and Joe didn't hesitate to come and check out our well pump,even during this cold and icy weather. Replaced our well pump and holding tank and made sure to trouble shoot for any problems until everything worked properly. Call these guys, they are great. Thank you so much for restoring our water.

  Let me start by saying I’m a first-time homebuyer. I reached out to Drip Doctors through Angie’s List, and they were the first company to respond and come out. My home has copper pipes, and I also had my brother—who used to be a plumber—take a look at the situation. He gave me two hypotheses, which led me to do additional research to make sure I was being quoted a reasonable price. Either the pipes had disintegrated, which would be an expensive repair, or there was a blockage in the plumbing line leaving the house. Either way, I knew I was going to spend a pretty penny. Anthony was the gentleman I spoke with when I initially set up the appointment. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything that was wrong with my plumbing and walked me through the repair process step by step. When the team arrived, they discovered that my pipes were actually metal and had finally rotted away. In hindsight, The total cost for the plumbing repairs was $14,411. Based on my research and how the pipes ran through my home, this was a fair price. When they gave me a one-week turnaround time, I was skeptical, but they worked fast. Communication is key—make sure to let them know what hours work best for you. I had a noise ordinance to follow since they had to jackhammer concrete. They replaced approximately 13 feet of pipe completing the work within days. Overall, the plumbing repairs were handled in a timely manner, and the job was successful. I had this work done in October 2025 and wanted to wait before leaving a review to see how the repairs held up. Everything is working well. The Drip Doctors plumbing team are very professional and did an excellent job. Next came the flooring. I learned that Drip Doctors also handles flooring, so I decided to move forward with them for that portion of the project as well. This is when I worked closely with Jesús. Jesús went above and beyond throughout the process by clearly explaining the different flooring options and which materials would be best suited for each area of my home. I ultimately chose luxury vinyl plank (LVP) since it was being installed in my living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. Drip Doctors was patient and allowed me the time I needed to select the flooring I felt most comfortable with. The flooring replacement was necessary due to the extent of water damage caused by the plumbing issues. I paid $14,803, which covered the flooring installation, bathroom vanity work, and other miscellaneous items. During the repair process, I closely examined the work being done. Any discrepancies I noticed were brought to Jesús’s attention, and he addressed and corrected them promptly and properly. The work was completed to my standards, and I’m satisfied with my decision to work with Drip Doctors. The floors were properly prepped, installed correctly, and completed in a timely manner. Overall, I was treated well, and I’m happy with the final results.
