- MHmaxine h1 day ago3.0The generator itself does a good job, however, I was told when I purchased it that there was a 10 year warranty at no additional charge It also had a 1 year maintenance at no charge. We'll, after 1 year I found out from the maintenance company that the contract for maintenance is $359+ and if I don't get the maintenance , the warranty will be voided. What happened to the 10 year at no additional charge? Looks like false advertising. I contacted the Canter company that sold me the unit, and was told by the representative that they would check with the manager and get back with me. Noone ever contacted me. If you get a generator from this company, be sure to ask how much the warranty will cost(because of maintenance) after the first year and don't believe the "at no additional charge" bull.

They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and treated my property with care throughout the installation. The work area was kept neat, and everything was installed cleanly and safely. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood how the system worked before they left. You can tell these technicians take pride in their work. Their professionalism, work ethic, and friendly attitude made the whole installation experience much better. Based on the quality of their work alone, I would absolutely recommend the installation team to anyone getting a generator installed.
