Drip Doctors spoke with my father who explained what he thought might be the issue, but he is not a plumber and requested the advertised free estimate so a professional could assess the problem. He waited at home the entire day until 10 pm and no one came. Instead they nearly refused the visit and mentioned he was told to hold off on coming until we completed a finance application for a $2,500 water heater they never even inspected. I was not going to provide personal financial information before anyone even showed up. In the end they never came at all as it became uncomfortable and sketchy at 10 pm...I would not recommend this company.

Aaron was awesome, very professional, he definitely know what he's doing and definitely had been doing this for a long time. Even tho the part came a little long but it was well worth the wait. Awesome guy!!!! Will definitely used them again for any plumbing situation and will recommend other.
