  Keen Plumbing Company did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had multiple issues going on, including a toilet repair, drain cleaning, and a plumbing leak, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Chad in the office—he was amazing! He made scheduling easy, communicated clearly, and was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. The team took the time to explain what was going on, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s hard to find reliable, honest plumbers these days, but Keen Plumbing exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!

  I had a great experience with Keen from start to finish.I especially want to give a shoutout to Cody—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service. I’ll definitely be coming calling them for any future needs!

  Saved me after a bad install from a previous contractor who messed up. Been using Keen for ever. Just wish they had trusted contractors to help with other things like floor installation if needed. But as far as plumbing been going to them for 4 years now! Thanks yall.

  10 out of 10 service! We were getting the run around from multiple plumbing services in town. A friend of mine recommended keen plumbing, and we couldn’t be happier with their work! They were so patient with all of my questions and concerns! They were by far more affordable than any other quote we were given! I recommend this place to absolutely anyone and everyone!!!
