Very informative, educated me about multiple systems and how they functioned. Had me in and out before they closed at 1700 so i can get a load the next day. Bravo sir thank you. Will be coming back here to have them service the APU from now on.
- HAHasan AYDAYMar 7, 20251.0DO NOT GO!!! I went to the this dealer for my APU. My APU shut it down itself and “ALT code and warning light” was coming up. Than I take my truck to this dealer. They checked and said it was a rust and they cleaned it up and now APU is working. I paid $366 for 1 hour service ( but they charged 1 1/2 hours). That night I used my APU and samething happened. I called dealer and talked with David ( service manager) he told me go another dealer if they can find another problem we’ll pay your money back. And I went another dealer and paid $360 again. Dealer told me it wasn’t rust, problem is the alternator doesn’t work properly. And I called David again, explained him and asked him to return my money.he refused to return my money back. I wasted my time and my money!!! Basically they charged me $366 for NOTHING!. They didn’t fix it anything. We are truckers we are on the road for days and far away from family. This kind of dealers are robbing us!

Stop by there yesterday to get my APU fixed, the only thing I could say negative about my visit, they were slow!!!! It took 6 hours, to do a 45 minute job. They didn’t even have much going on. But this will be the only place I use. Like I said, very friendly, and my truck was just the way I left it.
