  Danni is the best! She has been so accommodating, kind and patient. She consistently advocates on our behalf and has helped make our cross-country relocation and home purchase process exciting and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend others to DRB homes and that is totally because of Danni.

  Dani, who was our initial contact for DRB, and team have done a phenomenal job developing this community. The build quality is par excellent (We built two new home in California w/ different builders including a “Luxury Home Builder”, and DRB has hit a homerun here with really great size lots! Responsibe and reachable, w/ not major issues. And while Dani is on the sales side; she has been remarkable in connecting folk and helping residence create a sense of community! Very well done!!!!!! W & G

  Danni is absolutely amazing — as well as the production team, Tony and Nelson! This is truly a top-tier group. I’m in the new home sales industry myself, so when I say this team stands out, I mean it 1000%. Their communication, follow-up, and the overall sense of comfort they create throughout the process have been exceptional. Danni goes above and beyond even stepping in to make sure things outside her department (like lending) are moving smoothly. She also hosted a community event that brought all the neighbors together, which really made it feel like home before we even moved in. Huge shoutout to the entire Owen Park team…you’ve got something special going out there, and I’m so excited for my family to be a part of it!
