  The installation team arrived on time and was easy to work with. Great communication throughout the job. I asked them to put the tanks in a corner in order to minimize disruption of the room. They did a fantastic job of putting in the equipment back in the corner as far as possible so as to minimize the footprint and give me maximum flexibility to build a cabinet around the equipment. Bravo! Also, David recommended a flood protection system that we are super happy to put in. We have had a flooded basement before and it is not fun. After installation David took the time to answer all of our questions. Now it is time to enjoy better water in our house.

  I had a great experience. The consultant I worked with was Mandy. She was lovely, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain all my options without any pressure. She made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. The installation person was just as impressive. It was Dominic. He was very kind, also punctual, efficient, and did a clean, high-quality job installing the system. Everything was explained to me afterward so I knew exactly how it worked.

  Our neighborhood’s community well water system has a hardness level that justifies water softener treatment to eliminate scaling and spotting. We delayed getting a water softener system due to concerns about brine water discharge impacting our soil, as it wouldn’t enter our septic system. We met with three highly recommended soft water systems for testing and recommendations. We decided to move ahead with a whole home soft water and dechlorination system after meeting the team at Kinetico Advanced Water Systems of Southeast North Carolina. The Kinetico system became our first choice because it’s designed based on demand, which was important to us. It always has safe, conditioned water ready with a no-power twin tank configuration, and it discharges only the necessary brine water for regeneration. Mandy Ward, our Water Quality Consultant, listened to our needs and concerns, considering our neighborhood’s community water well system and individual septic system. Austin Dillard evaluated the best backyard locations for discharging brine water and explained the system’s operation and brine water discharge process, easing our concerns. Tylor Howard, our installation technician, set up our system in a professional and efficient manner. I was impressed with his expertise. Anyone with hard water using a single or community well water system with a septic system should seriously consider Kinetico Advanced Water Systems. Thank you Mandy, Austin and Tylor!

  Hate to leave a bad review but man those guys are something else called in for water softener service (water weak in the house) they showed up like 5 times and still cant fix the problem then told me that my pump is bad (2 year old pump) so i trusted them “big mistake” and called a plumber to come and replace my pump and other items spend $4,000 just to find out i didnt need none of that and my exiting pump is fine. Called them again and said okay i replaced my pump and now i need you guys to come out and service my softener (i was at work) came home and found out the guy been servicing my K5 water for 3 hours 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ then i told him man what are you doing we called in for water softener not k5 long story short they tried to charge me 1350 for service i told him at this point i need a manager to call me sure enough i had to reach out to them and after few attends they finally called me to tell me whoever changed the pump put too much “chlorine” false he didnt add any so at this point am changing my whole system and will never buy a thing from them and will never trust those guys i rather pay someone knows what they doing vs giving excuses to do the job right
