- MSMatthew SonNov 20, 20251.0I had a very poor experience. The quoter emailed in sick, but then someone came who seemed like they were sick. The initial quote tried to charge tax on line items and then charged tax on top of the total - charging tax on tax. After allowing/correcting these issues and attempting to still work with these guys, they then tried to charge an extra 3% fee for credit card payment. Too many red flags. Cancelled the work.
