  Our ac/ heat system was not working properly. The technician, Matt Byrd from Carter Heating and Air came out. Matt was polite, courteous ( something that is rare these days) knowledgeable ,had our A/C back working in no time....

  I scheduled a preventative maintenance check on my HVAC system. Matt arrived timely, checked out the unit, filled me in on what he had done and was finished in less than an hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and this company. I signed up for a yearly plan which covers two equipment checks as well as 15% off of any parts that may be necessary.
