Jimmy made certain he understood my desires and needs prior to presenting recommendations and quotes. Shelley worked carefully with my availability and scheduled installation accordingly. Jimmy saw to it that installation was completed on time, and clean-up was thorough. Shelley has stayed on top with pleasant reminders for servicing appointments. James has just completed our third seasonal service. He is a superior technician. Every interaction with these outstanding individuals has reaffirmed that AC Today was the best choice, the correct choice. It feels as if we are family.
