Technicians came out and remedied the issue, but they never sent called me to tell me what the issue was or send over notes for a repair order. All i asked was for the technician to call me back and just let me inow what happened, they said he would call, multiple times, and never did. Then i just asked for a work order to detail the work completed, they tried to send it but they had issues with my email or sent it but I never got it, etc. and when I finally received the work order, the notes had one sentence in it and had no details…. Called back and spoke to Jason the owner, who apologized and said he meant to call me about issue and said he would like to take care of the damaged ceiling. They never followed up and whenever I ask about the ceiling everyone tells me to talk to Jason who seems to always be busy.
