I filled out the the online request for service and received a call soon afterwards and they said they could be there that afternoon. They called at noon and asked if I was home and they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Bring it! Tim was great! Got right down to business, ignored my messy house, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes or so. Pricing seemed appropriate to me. We are now warm and happy.
