- NYNONE YA2 days ago1.0New Horizon installed 2 metal buildings with 1 24x35 concrete for me in Feb. The buildings are fine. Unfortunately the surface of the concrete is scaling as you will see in pictures below. I have called, emailed,texted there concrete contractor"Brandon" and the the people at New Horizon. No one has even come out to see the bad concrete after many promises to do so. At this point I am forced to take legal action. This crumbling concrete is unacceptable and will have to be replaced...

She answered all my questions and concerns.. Brandon and his crew done a great job of getting my concrete pad level and finished.. Hard working guys.. And when it came time for installation of my building Wesley(only white guy there) along with his son went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the garage was perfect.. Very good quality of workmanship all the way down to the finest detail. He also took the extra time and effort to ensure all the trim fit exactly the way it should .. If you need a building installed I highly recommend him.. When it comes time to add on I’ll be reaching back out to them.. Overall great job and very pleased.. Give them a call…
- PPPlumKrazy9Jun 8, 20215.0Very responsive to a few issues we had with installation. Called at 4 pm owner showed up with a crew to fix at 6 pm. Being that on 3 business that's great customer service. I will be calling in a month to order another building. Thanx for the good work my friends at new horizons. Only thing I have to say is they use sub contractors to install only pay the install part when the building is complete. They also tell you this up front. Thanx again guys
