  Dan Ryan Builders; Shame On You! The Sales Consultant did not come to a scheduled showing we had at a property and instead of apologizing for a mistake, lied and said we did not confirm. She then said give her a few minutes and could be there. I reminded Alexis that I asked her what time on Sunday worked best for her as we were open. We left and said we'd try another day. I then texted her 3 days later to schedule and she said we could no longer be on the list since we did turn in the qualifier. I shared that she did not say ANYTHING when we (adding all the upgrades) met days before our Sunday tour that she failed to attend. I told her I had the paperwork before then and now after I shared my disappointment, civilly and rightfull, so for not being available as planned. And now I was not included 3 days later.It felt very intentionally spiteful. What really let me know it was intentionally spiteful is when I asked her for the managers name, she literally said she would not tell me because he was out that week. I challenged her and said I could contact him the following week and she still did not share. I have saved the texts with her as I could not believe what had transpired. I did not feel safe giving her the qualifying paperwork afterwards with my financial information and sad as that home we discussed was my dream home. I hope Dan Ryan Builder's does not want a reputation of untrustworthyness and spiteful practices. I am still trying to find the Manager for Whispering Pines in Franklinton, NC Dan Ryan's Builders. Anyone have a name and/or contact? Updated: Once I sent an email to share my concerns, the manager/supervisor responded quickly. It was nice to know that I would be heard and the issue was rectified. I understand that mistakes happen, but glad to see and know that immediate action was taken to rectify it as I was was truly satisfied.
