I relied on referrals, reviews, real estate agents…..I even contacted the Better Business Bureau. After several interviews I found Luke Smith at Highlander Roofing Services in Franklin, North Carolina. Our home had been heavily damaged from Hurricane Helene and we could no longer live in it. So, a ten hour round trip meant…….I have to rely on other's. Luke was that guy. So much damage was not observable until the old roof was disassembled. He helped us in so many ways……even driving to us with some larger metal samples. The constant stream of photographs with notes…..really eased the stress level. Even if I been standing there…….there is nothing I could have added. Luke’s crew are professionals…..there is a project manager ( a very sharp guy)………I’m convinced they left no stone unturned. For a job like this, I think it’s crucial to have crystal clear communication…….and Luke excelled at that. My neighbors are certainly impressed with the outcome. Anne and I could not be happier……from beginning to end. Thank you to Luke Smith….and his team at Highlander Roofing Services.
