My wife and I were fortunate enough to contract with RainDance, a company that has been wonderful to work with. They used a drone to survey the damage and measure dimensions; Chad met with us and the insurance adjuster in the aftermath of the disaster; Lynda maintained a positive working relationship with our insurance company and helped us through the claim process; their crew put on an excellent roof in a timely manner; and they repaired our gutters and siding. Everyone working there is respectful, friendly, and good at what they do, and they are committed to excellence. Consistently going above and beyond, they've earned our trust and respect.

- SCscooter COct 15, 20191.0One chimney on my house had missing flashing. Independent came out to assess. Came back a few days later and said the job did not meet their minimum charge but they would happily do it for $350. Knowing that the job was small and would probably not meet anyone's minimum, I accepted. They said they would be out in the next few weeks. Well guess what. They never showed. They never called. All I got was the sound of crickets. I had to find someone else to fix. reply to president Chadwick- Scooter is a nickname. I have several phone records of calls btw us. So deny til you die...it does not change the facts. I even have the card you handed me with your name on it. Of course...we did not do any biz...you never bothered to return.
