  Terrible customer service for the Fletcher NC office. I have called for a quote six times and cannot get anyone to call me back. Very frustrating. I actually spoke to someone who answered the phone and they promised a sales person would call me back. Crickets 🦗🦗🦗

  I'm truly disappointed in the lack of communication. I've been TRYING to get a price since February and here we are August 2nd and nothing. The last response I've gotten was in April talking about how many weeks out it will take to get a price to me. 17 weeks, WEEKS and I have had no response.

  The salesman stopped by on his way to a vacation. He seemed rushed to get my details. I had to call back a couple of times to actually get my quote. When I finally got it, the quote was 2.5x higher than the highest competitor. I'm not sure if he got my details wrong or if they are just waaayyyy too pricey, but I'm not paying and extra $60k for the same building.
