However, I had to contact the business owner multiple times during the remodel process due to the poor quality of work by the team on site. Basic issues that I identified were materials and accessories being installed Not level or off-center. Gaps in closet, Shower temperature unable to get above lukewarm. Everything was corrected after I asked. However, I would expect a team that value the quality of their work to have installed them correctly, the first time. The price I paid was slightly above that I was quoted from other companies, And I would have expected high-quality work. I recently had a plumber under my house for a leak that was caused by the construction team leaving my shutoff gate valve open too wide, and they commented that I had done a good DIY job with my bathroom plumbing Install. He assumed it was DIY because a vent was not installed for the tub drain, which is not to code. I will not be moving forward with using this company for a separate Laundry room project I had asked them to quote and have found an alternate company for my remodeling needs.
