  Support local! Resto Pros of the Sandhills is right here in the same neighborhood and was able to respond the very same evening we called. They arrived equipped to begin mitigating the moisture in our flooded home right away. Professional, understanding, and reasonable throughout the process. They also worked with us on demo accommodations so we could keep our sink until insurance is ready to replace it. Very thankful for their quick response and flexibility during a stressful time.

  I came home one evening after work and immediately knew something wasn’t right. The hardwood floors felt slightly uneven, a dip in my living-room floor, and there was a faint damp smell in the hallway. Turns out, after our mini-snow-storm, a pipe in my crawl space had cracked during the thaw and had been leaking for hours. I called my insurance company, then reached out to RestoPros of the Sandhills because I’d heard their name from a few friends. They had Rob out to my house that same night, which honestly meant a lot. When you’re standing in your living room staring at water damage, waiting until “tomorrow” feels like forever. Rob was calm, respectful, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, showed me the moisture readings, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. There was no dramatic sales pitch, just clear information about what needed to happen to dry things out and prevent mold. He started the drying process immediately, setting up equipment and documenting everything for insurance. It made a stressful situation feel manageable. I hope I don’t need restoration services again anytime soon, but if I do, I’d feel comfortable calling them back.
