I wanted to dig out a 5 foot tree from my yard. The guy goes on and on about how I need a “major” excavator for ANY tree work and refused to rent me anything under 11k pounds. Bottom line: This place will pressure you to rent things more expensive than you actually needed.

The only reason they lose a star is the trailer we had reserved wasn't available, so we ended up spending a little more on what they had.
