He was very professional, polite as well as being a very friendly guy. It took a minute to find a leak but he pressed on until he was able to identify where the problem was coming from, and made the repairs need to stop leak. I had called several plumbing companies who advertised 24/7 service to help my sister who call before her having to go to work saying that water was leaking from somewhere in her house and had soaked up her floor and she couldn't identify where it was coming from. She had to turn off her water. But, on the Friday after New Year's even the 24/7 companies weren't able to accommodate until the following week or had cost for emergency services which didn't go towards their work. Haire scheduled us right away and the service call fee was dropped when we accepted their estimate for the work that was to be done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
