After an initial assessment by Glen (tech), he said another guy named Peter would have to take a look and quote it. Peter said he would come out multiple days and never showed. Then after being pressed, he finally sent me a quote which didn’t seem to make sense as a fix for the problem. I don’t believe he ever went to see the gate to properly quote it. I decided to learn as much as I could to fix the problem myself. What they quoted would NOT have fixed the problem. They would have taken my $4,500 and then told me there was other issues. Peter even sent me a second quote (from another job) prior to me fixing it myself that said it could be as high as 10k if I went with that option! I believe the technician named Peter to be dishonest and lazy. No accountability at this company as no one in Managment has called me back. They wasted weeks of my time and their lack of follow through and communication is horrendous. Buyer beware.
