Bobby in his true fashion explained everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Because I was going to replace my system Josh came out immediately, evaluated and provided details that helped me make a wise decision. He too is very extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installers were great too. I often judge a company by their employees. All the ones I have dealt with have been professional, care about the customer, do good work, and willing to educate you thereby making me feel comfortable. I always feel they are honest in their dealing. Great customer service and feeling the company is honest are the two main reasons I continue to do business with them.

Frank came out and performed thorough diagnostics, Eric walked us through the options of a quote and explained everything very well. Eddie, Max and his team spent the day in cold weather assembling everything with no problems. Heat is working better than it ever has for our 5 years in this house. Would recommend this group to anyone! Thank you!
- IRIra RuckerJan 22, 20265.0I really do not do reviews but I must say after my HVAC system gave out and I had to replace it, everyone at Cape Fear Air, Electric, & Plumbing has been very helpful. But the three Technicians Jamesian, Parker & Haedin work straight through to make sure my new system was installed, up & running before this storm hit. I tried my best to get them to take a break even go get lunch but getting this system installed was their main concern. I wish I could do more for them for the professional tradesmen they are. That price for this new system hurts but my family is happy and warm.
