We had our downstairs HVAC system replaced today by Cape Fear Air and they did an awesome job. Tom, Max and Brian never stopped until it was done, completed in one day! We can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge. Tom took the time to help us install the remote thermostat app on our smart phones after the install and explain how it works. Great job guys! -Terry and Jeannie Plummer

I recommend Cape Fear Air, Electric & Plumbing to all my friends/coworkers/neighbors if they need work done- I’ve only had great experiences. This is my second time working with this company (first time was a new air handler/heat pump install, which was also five star). This service was for toilet installs and new water heater. Chris Cash was extremely helpful- he walked me through my options and was direct in what products I should choose and which route for the water heater I should go. I’m not an expert, but I’ve done a lot of reading online about my issues and everything Chris said corroborated what I read and he provided more information for me to make an educated decision. I will be using this company for anything related to HVAC, electric, and plumbing.

Thomas, Max, Hayden, Eddie, Eric, Bryan did a fantastic job. We had two crews come out at once to replace both of our units. They were all very kind, respectful, and professional. They treated the inside and outside of my home like it was their own. Highly recommend and grateful for their service!

I had a new main Trane multi-stage Heat Pump system installed this past summer by Cape Fear Air, replacing an old Trane unit that was well past its prime. I chose Cape Fear Air based upon their many excellent reviews on-line. And I was not disappointed. It was a difficult crawlspace installation due to the cramped quarters. But the install team had anticipated that ahead of time, factoring that accurately into their quote and the expected increased duration of the install time.
Since the install, Cape Fear Air has been out twice to perform some adjustments and to perform their complementary maintenance. The same technician (Bobby Cole) has been out both times which I view as a big plus, as he remembered me and what he'd done to my system on his 1st visit. Bobby is knowledgeable, very professional and amicable. He was not rushed and took a substantial amount of time to fully explain what he was checking for, including showing me the multiple readings that he took and how they compared with the ideal values. He also explained all the fine tuning adjustments he was making and their significance, taking the additional time to educate me on the many nuances of the newer multi-stage units which operate quite differently from older units.
