Eric and Eddie employees of your company were very professional in the installation and cleanup of materials. They worked until completing installation and made sure i knew the system was running and assured i could call if any questions or concerns. Very Happy with the timely service we received at For Your Glory Beauty Salon in Springlake NC. I would definitely recommend your company to anyway in need of your companies services. Thank you, God bless

We bought our new HVAC from Cape Fear Heating & Electric a few years ago. We've been very pleased with their service technicians and employees who answer the phones. The service technicians are always on time and very pleasant. My only complaint is that right after we bought the unit, we had to buy a part to put on the unit to maximize it's performance and that was pretty expensive. That's the only reason I'm giving the company 4 out of 5 stars.

Cape Fear Air, Electric, and Plumbing have been helping me maintain my home for quite a few years now. I had a plumbing issue recently and they were able to come out that same day. My issue was not an emergency, when they arrived, I explained my problem, and it was addressed and fixed in a short time period. Cape Fear Air has never disappointed me from installing a new water heater to my 6 month HVAC service… I’m glad to have them as support. BRAVO!!!!

I called Cape Fear yesterday morning to inquire about getting my hot water heater expansion tank replaced. Within a few hours of my initial call, I had a tech here (Rob) who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He confirmed the tank was bad and quoted me a great price for the replacement. I was scheduled for the install at noon today, but he called nearly 2 hours early and asked if he could come earlier to get the job done. (OF COURSE!!) The job was originally scheduled to start at noon, but it was completed by then. The tank and the labor come with a 1-year warranty, and I could not be happier with the workmanship and the professionalism and kindness of everyone that I spoke to. (Rob (tech) and all the people in the office.) You have a customer for life! Great job!

You can’t go wrong choosing Cape Fear. When we needed a new unit for our home they were awesome. The employees who installed the unit and all the duct work were very friendly and courteous. When we call their Raleigh office all the staff are super nice. We’ve had our new unit since 2019 and they call to remind us it’s time for maintenance so I don’t have to remember. Recently we had an issue with our unit. After the ice we had we noticed our fan blades on the outside unit wasn’t spinning any longer. The house was staying warm though. After checking our energy usage on the Duke app we realized it was the emergency heat we were using. We needed someone to come out asap because unfortunately we were going to need to go out of town. Our son-in-law was on the verge of passing away from complications after chemo treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukemia. I explained the situation and she placed me on hold. She had moved schedules around so the technician could come out on later in the day. (We were leaving the following day) Felix came out on time and spent a great amount of time diagnosing the until. He pretty much knew the issue but he checked everything to confirm to it. I had told him about our situation and he was very empathetic and it wasn’t the typical “I’m so sorry”. You could tell he really meant what he said and his empathy was genuine. He spent his time to give us a temporary fix so the outside until would come on and go off as it should. He even stayed a little longer to ensure that his MacGyver skills were working. We were getting actual hot air coming through the vents instead of tepid air that meant the emergency heat had to run constantly to keep our home at 68 degrees. Now it was working as it should but it was a temporary solution. He told me to call the office when we wanted him to come out with the parts to fix it correctly. My son-in-law passed that night and I called Cape Fear the following morning. They were able to get him back out the same day at an earlier appt so we could leave to go to our daughters home 4hrs away. He came out and it was fixed within 30mins and because we had purchased the unit through them they had all the warranty info. The parts were covered and we just had to pay for the labor. Now we could leave to go out of town knowing that our cats would be cozy and warm. Previous to Felix we had a different technician for the past few years. He was great but he had a “chip on his shoulder” and could be cocky. After he got to know us during each maintenance visit his attitude did get better. So when I initially called about our unit I was apprehensive when she said we would get different tech because the previous one was no longer with the company. But as soon as Felix arrived and introduced himself I knew it was for the best. Not only is he very thorough but he was by far the friendliest most kind employee of any company we’ve ever met. His knowledge of HVAC is top notch. We recommend Cape Fear to everyone.
