The rating is based on the professionalism of the technician and the ease of the scheduling process. The tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and answered all of my questions. He was polite and patient. The representative who scheduled the service was great. She, too, was professional and polite and helpful. My fear rests in the fact that I know diddly squat about HVAC systems so I must trust what was said. Unfortunately, many HVAC companies in Fayetteville are less than honest. But for now, I am staying with Cape Fear Air, Electric, and Plumbing.
