This time, I had the pleasure of working with Robert (project manager), Travis & Harrison (electrician techs), and Tom & Max (HVAC techs) to install a mini-split air conditioner / heater in my garage. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Robert set the conditions for me to use a mini-split and condenser pad purchased from Amazon; and the techs did the rest. Total time for installation was less than a day and I am very satisfied with the results. 5 Stars!

Bobby was here last week to perform our semi-annual routine maintenance and he discovered that a mouse had built a nest in the outdoor housing for our upstairs unit causing the capacitor to require replacement. Had he not caught it the unit would certainly have failed in short order.

They sent Kevin B., who in less than ten minutes found the problem that the other two couldn't find and charged me hundreds of dollars, but Kevin found it right away, fixed it, and only charged me the very affordable service fee, which was less than the other two companies' fees. He explained the whole thing in a way that I could understand. I'm happy to recommend this company to anyone.

They did an excellent job replacing my old trunk line and ductwork, and I couldn’t be happier with their quick, professional service. Parker and Jamesian went above and beyond with the installation and left the crawlspace clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.
- FCFredrick CraneMar 20, 20265.0I had a problem with my heat pump and reached out to Cape Fear for help as the company I purchased the unit from is no longer servicing heat pumps. A technician came out on the same day I called and found that the heat pump was no longer serviceable. He called his office and a sales representative came out an hour later to determine which unit would be best to replace my old one. Later that day he sent a quote on three units and I picked one. The new one is scheduled to be installed shortly. This is one of the fastest turnaround times for replacing a heat pump that I have ever seen. During my initial contact I was told about other services that Cape Fear offers. I plan on contacting them again for some plumbing work I will need in the future. The staff ensured that I was informed of everything via text messaging and phone calls. The staff are professionals and work hard to provide excellent service.
