  I have used Bass AC Company for over 7 years and would never use any other company. They are very professional from the moment you call the company for an appointment. They are quick to respond to your needs and will have someone out immediately.. They are upfront with their pricing and their technician are the best that I have experienced.

  My first time using Bass Heating and Air. They sent their tech Joshua out to service my AC units. Joshua allowed me to see for myself(not pictures), the before condition of the units so I could get a better idea of the result. I’m ashamed to say that my units were extremely dirty (I wasn’t aware they were that dirty) and took a lot more time and effort to clean than I thought they would.

  I was able to schedule both appt i had with ease online and fot a convenient time for the next day. The tech was very well mannered, kept me update on what he was doing. My ac when it acts up tends to do so spontaneously. Where is was messed up for 3 days it decided to work the first time the tech came out and the tech couldn't find anything wrong but a few hours after he left it stopped again so I made an appt around 3-4am online and they were back around 9am and he had to try several things but finally got things to work this time. I was charged 99+tax the first time but was not recharged the second time . I would definitely recommend them for ac trouble
