Well, I have to say first off. My technician art was wonderful being a retired HVAC guy myself it was fun chatting with him and I could tell right away. He knew what he was doing.
Straightforward stuff nothing major and very satisfied I will definitely be using them and requesting him again

Called for service about 11:00am, had a text message about 11:30 advising of a service appointment for the same day with a window of 12:30-2. Tech arrived within the window and had the problem repaired quickly. Arthur , the tech, was very knowledgeable and was able to zero in on likely causes quickly. This is the standard of service Iāve always enjoyed with Smith & Son.

I always have my thermostat set at 68 for heat and 72 for air. After it got ridiculously hot inside I checked to see where they left the thermostat and it was set on 72 heat and 78 for air!!! Please check with homeowner to see where they set their thermostat. S degree in either direction makes a huge difference. And 4 dregrees is ridiculous. Otherwise I guess it was fine.

Mr. Author Hendren was my technician and I feel that he did a fantastic job working on my heater. He found an additional issue with my heater while he was conducting his diagnostic and he tended to it. He was very professional, kind, and takes his work seriously. In a brief conversation with him he stated that "He does his work as if he were working on something that was his" and I believe that's what today's work force needs so thank you to him and thank you to Smith and Sons Heating & Cooling.
