And they don't have a half day rate so the mini that we used for literally two hours was charged at a full day rate. Customer service was lacking, unwilling to make adjustments or work with us regarding the fact that we only needed the machine for 2 hours. Won't be renting from this company again at all, much less this branch in particular.
