  I ordered lumber over the phone and was assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable woman. She was helpful and professional, and honestly the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Unfortunately, my experience at pickup was the opposite. The man at the desk, who had also called to say my order was ready, was grumpy and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I asked about store hours and mentioned I will pick the next day, his sarcastic response was essentially, 'What do I care.' Throughout the interaction, he mumbled under his breath, became visibly annoyed when asked to repeat himself, and gave unnecessary instructions like telling me to move my truck even though I was already parked on the side of the warehouse. His demeanor was consistently rude, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when contrasted with the excellent assistance I received over the phone. My recommendation: keep the helpful staff up front, and reconsider who is manning the desk.
