Very frustrating to have the move in process delayed 3 times already since December due to slow water and sewage hook up to the development. Main roads into the development are still not completed with very slow movement on improvements while other builders in the area seem to be on-time and moving along a lot further. Appears to be poor project management and a pressure by the developer for homebuyers to place early deposits and prematurely relocate with unattainable promise dates that they can’t live by. No incentives from builder for the inconvenience. Buyer beware on this development. Read your contract carefully.
