  FIVE STARS for Danni, Tony, and Nelson at DRB Homes @ Owen Park! We just moved in and we’re in love with our new DRB home. Danni, Tony, and Nelson were extremely professional and right with us every step of the home building process. We can’t say enough about how they all made it such an easy and enjoyable process. The neighborhood is beautiful and we’re so happy to live here:)

  We had an outstanding experience working with Danielle Napoli from DRB - Raleigh! From our first conversation to closing day (& afterwards as well!), she has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us getting situated with our new house and move to a new area. Though we haven't been in the house long, we found a home we love—and thanks to Danielle - felt confident and supported throughout the entire process :)

  Not one to normally do reviews, but we had to for the DRB Design Center in Durham. We had our appointment with Mary today to pick out selections for our new home, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. She was amazing! She made the process not only smooth and was so insightful, but she made it exciting. Thank you so much to Mary!! We can’t wait for our new home that you helped us design!

  As a young family we wanted to buy a new home so we could focus on raising our kids. Unfortunately, our new home was clearly rushed to be built and has been such a headache. We’ve had multiple issues that we brought up to the home warranty company and have been told they would be addressed. After over a year those issues are not remotely resolved. We had to have a space heater in our 2 year olds room or temperature would go below 60 degrees at night exclusively in her room despite the heat in the house being set to 68 at all times in the entire house. They have come out a few times to address the issue and all we got out of it was a hole left in the wall of her room that has been open for months. We’ve also been told that several of our neighbors yards draining into ours leaving a pond was completely acceptable. After conceding that it was unacceptable we were told a drain would be installed within 2 weeks at the beginning of April and as of the end of May that still hasn’t happened. From the beginning of this process they have been impossible to get a hold of: not answering calls, having voice mail boxes that are full, firing points of contact (and not informing us until we reached out to another person at the company) and not appointing someone to over thus making us start the process over with a new person. I would recommend you use anyone other than Dan Ryan for a builder.
