  Wayne Blalock was terrific. He checked everything. MY thermostat went out or at least I though it did. He checked power to it and it had power. He then went to the central system and found a blown fuse. After replacing the fuse, he went outside and checked the HVAC system. I watched him the whole time and he explained everything as he was working. Come to find out, two wires had rubbed together and caused the fuse to blow. He definitely knew what he was doing. Thanks

  Carolina Comfort Air is a great company, I called for service this morning and they had someone here this afternoon. Matt Moore did a fantastic job with our HVAC spring maintenance. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a very thorough job cleaning the outside unit, and we hope he continues to be our tech in the future!

  I am very grateful to have Mr. Chance Lee and his supervisor Mr. Aaron came in today to help with my AC system. They are very knowledgable, professional, kind, caring, punctual, and polite. They mind every single detail, also explain to clients why and what have happened, and how they are going to solve them. Right after their visit, they immediately sent all the related documents to me; their customer care then called me on the same day to arrange follow-up installations, amazing! BTW, this company uses AI telephone agent during off hours, and it is the best AI agent I ever talked too-- It actually took me a while to realize that I was talking to an AI, because it is so flawless. In all, thank you for all the help and kindness; Again, when one works with a well-organized company and her extraordinary employees like Mr. Chance and Mr. Aaron, the whole journey is totally worry-free and enjoyable...
