  Logan Pittman was a wonderful, well spoken and knowledgeable technician! He came right on time, was happy to answer questions & ensured we were happy and satisfied with his work today! It’s not often you see well mannered, outgoing and professional servicemen anymore, but every single one that has arrived from Jackson and Sons has proved to be that, and much more! 10/10 service & 10/10 personnel!

  Had 3 water heaters put in at over 5k dollars . 2 small under the cabinet water heaters of which one has gone out already, but I called them and they came right out to check and cover the bad one under warranty. One big Rheem Iconic was put in the kitchen and it is top quality. Not sure if it was a good price or not for the entire job, but their service is good and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

  No one likes to pay for after hour charges for service. I had to call for our air conditioner and used Jackson and Sons. Romario was the technician they sent out. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained each step and was proficient and professional. I enjoyed his personality and our banter. I recommend Jackson and Sons and hope you are lucky enough to meet Romario.

  I highly recommend Jackson and Sons for all HVAC and Plumbing needs. Requiring general maintenance on my AC system and hot water tank, I signed with Jackson and Sons for HVAC and plumbing. The two technicians they sent were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I am now confident that after some minor repairs, my AC and hot water tank are in great working order, thanks to both Louis Scalia (AC) and Norman Adubato (Plumbing). They truly represent the best of Jackson and Sons.

  As a real estate agent for Sotheby’s International Realty for nearly 20 years, I have experienced a multitude of different HVAC companies. I regularly have to call on these companies to come out and inspect or service products for clients on homes they’re going to buy or have purchased in this case I called on this company to inspect a property that I was intending to purchase for myself. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were available immediately, they were on time, efficient, and capable of ascertaining, not only the condition of the products that they inspected, but they were able to give multiple options for either repair or replacement in a very short amount of time. Their timeline to complete the work was also exceptional. So I would highly recommend calling this company at any point in time because they are leaps and bounds be on their competition in my professional and personal opinion.
