  I’ve always received superior HVAC services from Jackson & Sons from them helping me get warranty repair authorized on a HVAC unit sold to me by another HVAC company to installing a new, very well made and energy efficient unit when my previous one became inoperable to providing excellent routine maintenance services on my current HVAC unit. You will not find a better, more knowledgeable and professional HVAC sales and services company.

  From the very beginning, the team worked hard and were respectful of our home. No mess was left behind and everything is working perfectly so far. Mr. Jacobo, Audonel and Cris were really nice and reassuring. My 2 year old is usually shy but they were real sweet with her, even with my dog.10/10 would recommend!

  We had a crawl space dehumidifier installed and HVAC maintenance completed. While installing the dehumidifier, a plumbing issue was found which Jackson and Sons repaired as well. All parties involved were respectful, professional and well educated in the field. From start to completion, the process was very smooth.

  Technician was prompt, courteous, and all around great to work with. The good ends there. What I did not love was that when I called to schedule the appointment nothing about a “diagnostic fee” was mentioned and I didn’t find out about it until the end of the appointment. Even though they were not able to figure out what was wrong with my unit and was told to just buy a new one. After calling another company out, we were actually able to get it diagnosed and repaired.

  When I was in need of a company to perform preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit, I asked one of my neighbors who had done work for her earlier in the year. My neighbor had utilized Jackson & Sons and was quite pleased with their service. Upon contacting Jackson & Sons, the friendly voice on the phone listened to my question & then scheduled me for the service I needed. Daniel and Gavin completed the preventative maintenance service. Daniel explained what had been done and followed up with a written report and photos. He thoroughly answered any questions that I had. Daniel & Gavin were friendly and professional and provided AWESOME service!!! It is extremely comforting to know if I have any problems with or questions about my HVAC system, Jackson & Sons is just a phone call away and there are technicians like Daniel and Gavin available to assist me.
