  Great experience upon initial contact with Damaris regarding my Generac generator maintenance, which inspired me to sign up with JCT Electric’s maintenance program. Damaris was notably friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and followed up with detailed information as promised. I’m looking forward to working with the JCT team going forward thanks to Damaris.

  We had a Generac generator installed by JCT and we had a great experience. This was the 4th proposal that we got and not the cheapest but in the middle. The different was Scott and how he explained everything including advantages and disadvantages when it came to warranties, sizes, pricing, service etc etc. He didn't push for a deal and was very knowledgeable. Again, we had 4 companies coming to the house and by far Scott was the one that explained everything in detail. I don't understand the reviews around people at the office being rude. My experience is that May and others at the office were super friendly and communicated well including responding to emails pretty quickly. The installation was done as promised and the guys were very professional. They cleaned everything and left everything in great shape. Finally, Alex came to start the generator after passing inspection. Same experience. On time very professional end explained everything in detail. I have recommended JCT to another friend that has had a few companies over for estimates and he also decided to go with JCT. Thanks for a great and smooth process JCT team!!

  Purchase of 24KW Standby Generac Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch - Including Installation and Startup. JCT was excellent - Scoping/Preinstallation, installation and startup. Would recommend without a doubt. All work, including sizing/engineering, sales, all permits, electrical & gas installation done in house with no outside contractors needed.

  I have purchased 2 Generac whole house generators for 2 new houses in the last six years from JCT Electric, a Generac Dealer. One house was 6,800+ heated square feet. Each installation included one 26KW Generac Generator with Smart Power Management Modules. The modules manage the power consumption of your home during power outages so that your house can be powered by a smaller, more efficient unit that uses less fuel, without the risk of an overload situation. This will save you money on fuel cost, and give you the added benefit of longer run time in the event of extended power outages! In addition, JCT services AND MONITORS the readiness of your unit with their annual maintenance agreement. They are alerted in the unlikely event your generator has a potential service issue BEFORE you need emergency power. In the 6+ years I have been doing business with JCT Electric, I have never been without power. Don’t be the homeowner in your community who had the foresight to invest in a whole house generator, but has no power during an emergency, because you chose the wrong supplier. Call JCT Electric!
