- NNNeil H (Neil)Feb 14, 20241.0Would give 0 stars if possible. The owner is abusive and nasty. They installed a generator for me and during the night their poor install caused my power to go out. When they were slow to show up the owner said the guys probably stopped for breakfast. I spent tens of thousands of dollars for the first day its installed to have my kids get ready to school by brushing their teeth with bottled water. They abandoned my job without it finished and after being totally abusive I told them they can't come back. I don't trust them with my electrical system ever again. Their work was shotty - the gas company said their pipes were loose and another generator company said the regulator is wrong. What a total mess. Never again. Use caution relying on this company EDIT: I had another generac dealer come out and service the generator after 6 months. Coolant was low, battery is the wrong size. Gas regulator too small and all the shutoffs installed (2 for some reason) are called half ports which means they keep restricting gas flow. Will have to spend thousands to make this right with someone else. If you don't have another opinion of their job then these other reviews are just guessing.

- JMJohn McGuirtAug 11, 20201.0Scheduling is clunky and blamed on the Generac call center process that sets appointments without coordinating with JCT. you think appointment confirmed and really isn’t and nothing indicates so until they simply don’t show up. Our experience - once scheduled to come out to evaluate - their employee was agitated that we had not provided a picture of siting area for generator. /never requested/ ( turns out not enough space ) he expressed frustration that he had wasted a trip and took no ownership for their process of qualifying the opportunity. Generac logo plastered all over their vehicle- I would think some training and improved communication would be a big difference in their results. If this interaction was an indication of their level of professionalism and performance - I’m glad we got no further as my assumption would be that our experience would not have improved.
