- DCDoug ClarkOct 6, 20235.0It has now been 6 months since the Generac was installed by JCT Electric Inc. with the 6 month service performed yesterday. Actually 6 stars for both JCT Electric and Generac. ALL claims of performance and service have been spot on! Could not be happier!!
- JMJohn McGuirtAug 11, 20201.0Scheduling is clunky and blamed on the Generac call center process that sets appointments without coordinating with JCT. you think appointment confirmed and really isn’t and nothing indicates so until they simply don’t show up. Our experience - once scheduled to come out to evaluate - their employee was agitated that we had not provided a picture of siting area for generator. /never requested/ ( turns out not enough space ) he expressed frustration that he had wasted a trip and took no ownership for their process of qualifying the opportunity. Generac logo plastered all over their vehicle- I would think some training and improved communication would be a big difference in their results. If this interaction was an indication of their level of professionalism and performance - I’m glad we got no further as my assumption would be that our experience would not have improved.

The lady said “if that’s all your calling about, I don’t car!” She would care if someone got hurt... because this was also with kids being dropped off st bus stops. She then hung up!
