  John and the team at All Granite did an amazing job for us about four years ago installing new quartz countertops in the kitchen as well as our bathrooms. Everything was cut perfectly and install was superb. But I am actually posting this review to speak to the amazing customer service from John and their team fur years after our install. This past weekend (Saturday), a few of the mounting clips holding the kitchen sink in place worked themselves loose and the right side of the sink dropped about an inch. I immediately called and left a VM for John, as well as sent an email as I knew they were closed over the weekend. First thing Monday morning John reached out to let me know he would get his team out a few days later and make us the first appointment of the day. So thankful that John and his team continue to stand behind their work and ensure the customer is taken care of. I know he didn't have to do that and could have easily charged us a "fee" and it would have been justified. And for that reason, I want others to know who you are getting when you order from All Granite. A company that not only cares about doing the job right the first time, but also a company that stands behind their craftsmanship years later.

  Will not do business with again, this company’s business practices need to be investigated! Buyer beware stay away this company.
