When the technician arrived, he was a plumber and knew nothing about pilot lights or how to find the problem or fix it. Took pictures, didn't know how to order parts or when they would be available. Very disappointing! Paid the service charge and its now 5 days later and still have not heard from anyone about parts. Will NOT use this service again!
