They did let me and what needed to be done and my cost. When finished, they explained again what was done and the cost. Payment was completed and signed. They asked me to call. If a issue returned. I thanked both of them, shook hands and left with a smile. I would recommend Ace Hardware Home Services to people i know and meet. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Jason and helper, Kane, were very thorough in assessing our plumbing needs. They even climbed on the roof to check the bathroom vent to determine if water was coming through there. We were very satisfied with their response and expertise. We will be using Ace Hardware Home Services in the future.

It was all day job replacing all the copper pipes, installing a filter, and changing out the tub hardware. After the other Technicians double checked, he said he was going to triple check. Showed me around and showed what was done. When invoice was emailed, it included photos of all the work. Several of the technicians shook my hand when they left and said it was a pleasure to meet me. Thanks……
