  Emiliano Ramirez was the tech who performed our annual inspection of our encapsulated crawl space and inspected and maintenanced our dehumidifier. He was friendly and professional. He provided WOW! service quickly and efficiently. Great job! Thank you so much!

  Emu the young man that came out to check under my house for my yearly appointment was very nice very well mannered was very informative and answered all my questions and showed me pictures of under my house I was very pleased with him l wish everyone that you had to deal with in all businesses were as polite as this young man

  Jeremy was outstanding. He is a knowledgable young gentleman, with a lot of common sense. My 87yo Mother had been stressed ever since she had the crawlspace encapsulated, the doors that were put on were so much smaller than her previous doors, in fact Orkin, who is her bug inspection company, had been refusing to honor her contract, she has been “grandfathered” in to a extremely small annually price and they were only offering to replace the doors at $500 her cost, so they could continue her contract. Southeastern was stating its their “standard” size doors. Jeremy came for her annual visit and suggested he make the doors easy to remove and replace so that Orkin could make entry each year, and that her contract with Orkin could continue. He suggested that we call Orkin while he was onsite to inform them of what was taking place and to confirm that such an arrangement would be honored by Orkin and if not, offered to speak to an Orkin Supervisor. Jeremy went about his inspection, I phoned Orkin, they were so kind to me, the receptionist Maddie, checked with Brandon, the manager in-house at that time, and she came back to say “there would be no problem with that arrangement”. Jeremy left the doors with the instructions tacked to the inside of door crawlspace, so that the next Orkin inspector, could easily see how to remove/re-insert doors correctly, plus Jeremy gave us his business card with his personal cell number for her to keep on hand, to phone him anytime of day with questions or concerns about her crawlspace and to contact him if Orkin reneged on their verbal agreement pertaining to her crawlspace doors. My Mom has been stressed to the hilt about her annual Orkin inspections, losing possibly being granfathered in, and if she couldn’t get her annual bug inspections, what was the point of upkeep on the Crawlspace. So, Jeremy solved many issues for her, for us. He’s spot on for what he is doing, he knows his stuff, and concerns himself with the customers experience. what a breath of fresh air for customer service in today’s world. I would do business with Jeremy any day, any job or workplace. Southeastern is blessed to have such a knowledgeable, kind and customer orientated employee.
