If I could leave no stars I would. Completely lied to us. Came out on 3/9/26. Told us our unit needed replaced. Said they could clean it but if they did said the motor would make a racket and eventually go out. Told us our freon was discontinued. After he left I took the panels off the unit and cleaned the motor and coils. No racket. And unit started cooling. Had another company come today 3/10/26 for a second opinion. Told us our freon was not discontinued. He cleaned the unit a little more. Told us it was still a good unit. Don't use this company or at least get a second opinion if they come. Just want to sell to you.
Hawley Heating and Air installed a brand new system in our home a couple years ago and did a fantastic job. We recently took advantage of a tune up offer they were doing and scheduled for them to come out on a Friday. My mother in Law recently passed two weeks ago and we had to reschedule our appointment with them twice because of it. They were very kind about it and and the maintenance was eventually done last week. Today I get home from work and there is a box of cookies on my doorstep from Hawley with a card inside expressing condolences for our loss. My wife was very moved that they did that. I know there are a ton of great HVAC companies out there but I just thought folks should know what kind of people they have working at Hawley when they are deciding who to use for heating and air service. They have definitely earned our well deserved recommendation.

We had Hawley Air come out to complete our Annual Maintenance on our unit today. Alex Oxendine was the technician that showed up to complete the maintenance. Let me tell you how much we really appreciate how professional he was from the first phone call before he showed up to the last conversation before he left. He explained everything to us throughout the entire process. Of course you never want any issues with your unit but I really appreciate Alex's honesty with us. We had some gas leak issues that he identified and fixed for us today. Thank You So Much Alex for helping keep our family safe and our unit running well. We really appreciate you and everything you did for us today. We have used Hawley Air before and we have always had Amazing Service with them.

So we signed for a system recently, and Travis made some great promises. The installers on the first day left early (their claim) because there wasn't much to do the second day.
The crew just left our house the second day now, 7:00 pm, with a working heat system, but not AC, because the Daikin software/firmware had been updated for a while, so we couldn't get a working system in the time promised.
They are supposed to get everything going soon since the temps in our area are rising quickly and will be in the 70s soon.
We're wondering about our choice. Hope try make it all right soon.

I've been trusting Hawley Air Heating and Cooling for my maintenance and repair needs for several years now, and I have always been pleased with their service. They are punctual, extremely polite, and always thoughtful about keeping the floors protected as they work inside. They are organized and begin each visit by sharing their plan verbally and visually and then allowing time for questions or concerns before beginning work. Before and after pictures are taken of the work and then shared and discussed. I appreciate their knowledge of the job and offering of information without being pushy. In addition, the service technicians look at the individual needs and give multiple possibilities for reaching the solution. Consideration is given to prioritized need of repairs over time and to the cost. I appreciate the full disclosure, honesty, and easy payment method. Technician Tyler Berrier has done an amazing job of meeting my heating and air needs as well as representing the Hawley Air Heating and Cooling company. It's definitely satisfying to experience working with a company and their technicians who truly care about their customers. I would strongly recommend this company and especially Tyler Berrier to assist you with your heating and cooling needs.
