  We needed a solution for the upper level of our older home, as the central air just wasn't able to keep up on the top floor. Josh was very thorough in his inspection and walked us through our options. He worked with our limitations and requests to come up with a plan we were happy with, and the quoted price beat the competition by a mile. We got a mini split installed and hooked up within days even though our electric panel needed upgraded, as well. Aspire was able to coordinate both services without us having to hire a separate electrician. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was kind & professional. They were gentle and respectful of our landscaping and home during the install. We will definitely use Aspire again in the future for any HVAC needs!

  Had both Chandler and Kendall come out to diagnose and then quote for a new ac system. Chandler even offered to try to fix one of my doors while he was there and Kendall was patient with questions and concerns. They were both extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. Best HVAC experience I've had, I immediately signed up for a membership with them. 100% recommend them

  Upcharge that they charged my parents was ridiculous the capacitor was out and since that didn’t make that much they charged 400 dollars to flush the drain pipe out that supposedly last year needed replacing but this time it didn’t need replacing it needed cleaning! I hate people fall for this i could’ve cleaned that out in 5 min had I know and they also wanted to do something else for a total of 900 for a 20 dollar capacitor that was covered under warranty but they other 900 worth if crap wasn’t! Unbelievable yelp def had the most accurate reviews for this company which is 3.2 and I’m stating that’s a little too high!! Use your head people and don’t let them upcharge you like that ! You got it parents once but never again.

  From Amanda in the office to Chandler the tech, to Kendall Dunn the salesman, WOW! Professional, prompt on the timing, not pushing, not trying to up-sell. Amanda, always pleasant to speak with, very easy to get a hold of. Chandler, this tech is a Wizard at what he does, well spoken, straightforward, will gladly explain exactly what he is doing and why. Then, there is Kendall Dunn. An absolute gentleman to speak with, we talked about many options, and he presented me with multiple options that would best suit my home/needs. He did NOT try to upsell, and I did NOT, in any way, feel pressured or rushed. I would and WILL 100% use and recommend Aspire to ANYONE I meet that needs HVAC work or service.   I’d been a “monthly plan” customer for a few years but in the end, I regret it. It started out fine but with each visit came more and more “selling”… they even changed the tech to one I suspect is their “closer”… he actually said something along the lines of “I’ve never met anyone that wouldn’t want this” Finally when something broke, I was told they could no longer get the replacement part (2 fuses) so I’d need a whole new “heat kit” and some other part that hadn’t broken yet.. but for a system the age of mine it would be smarter just to get a whole new system. I opted to repair at a quote of over $1300… but while waiting for the parts to come in (with no heat) I called another service company who came out and replaced the fuses and got everything up and running for just over $300. That was months ago and everything has been fine since. I still gave two stars because they communicate well and seem professional… maybe too “professional” in terms of selling… but I will not use them again.
