  My kitchen was in serious need of an update with the existing counter starting to lift up only after 7 years. MadCity Jaya n Chris did an amazing job!!! Their workmanship shows in the final results. Definitely will use these guys on my next remodel!!!

  My kitchen was the original wood cabinets that were stained to me a very dark color. I always wanted to lighten the kitchen up because it was a small area. What led me to Mad City was the quality of workmanship and the 100% warranty for life which is transferable should I sell my home. That is what sold me and on top of that I love the difference that it has made. They refaced the cabinet doors with hidden hinges and all of the other areas, replaced all drawers and all of the hardware. The installer was Mark with his trainee Evan and they did an excellent job and took great care to make it perfect. As far as their pricing, I took in consideration the actual fabrication of the materials and the 100% warranty and considered it a reasonable price for the work done. I think it would have taken a longer time to demolish the real wood and taking longer for the installation which to me was not feasible given the extent that the demolition would have had to be.

  I was quoted a price and my monthly payment for a bathroom remodel, but when I signed the contract it was 3k higher than quoted, and error on my part for not completely reading the contract, but was taking the word of .y sales rep. I requested that my contract be voided because of this, a company spokesperson said they would send a representative to my house on March 21 2026 at 2:00 pm to sign the release of contract but the rep never showed up for me to sign. I had also text my sales person several times regarding this, but he never returned my text. I also emailed the company in Raleigh with no response except to setup a date for someone to come to my house to sign the release, which as I stated above no one showed up. I feel I was taken advantage of with their underhanded way of jacking up my quote. G. Byrd

  We recently had our new kitchen cabinets installed by Mad City, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation crew was extremely friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. They worked efficiently and kept disruption to a minimum, which we really appreciated while continuing our daily routine at home. Communication was great as well. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and the team was very responsive and accommodating. The crew was consistently polite and respectful of our home, and they took the time to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. When the project was finished, everything was neat, tidy, and ready for us to enjoy. We also appreciated that any small issues identified after the initial installation were addressed swiftly and professionally. The team responded promptly and made sure everything was corrected to our satisfaction. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew truly stood out. We are very pleased with our new kitchen cabinets and would gladly recommend Mad City to anyone looking for a smooth, well managed installation experience.

  I had four larger bathroom remodelers quote my bathtub to shower conversion. It was only Mad City that gave me exactly what I wanted at the exact price I wanted. A big shout out to John the salesman. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pressure at all, just genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. I would say the very same things about the installer. Daniel arrived on time and got right to work. The demo work is messy of course but the entire job was cleaned up when he left. And he did an outstanding job! I am very pleased to see our new shower - it looks amazing! My wife was not happy to spend that money. But when she saw the final result she loved it. Most importantly the kids love it and are so glad the tub is gone. It’s hard to find home improvement companies where you can let your guard down and trust that you’re getting quality workmanship. Mad City is definitely one of those companies. If I ever need more remodeling I’ll be calling Mad City.
