  Do your research—big box companies aren’t always the best option 1. Busy lives dictated that this epoxy garage coating job needed to be finished as planned; to resecure outdoor garage items, and get back to normalcy. 2. First impression—miscommunication between salesman and installers; Salesman Dennis assured me they would cover entire flooring to include the area under the professional built-in cabinets that extended 22 inches. Installers arrived and told me company policy does not require them to coat the flooring more than a hand’s length under our cabinets. 3. Second impression was that this company lacks equipment oversight. Installers showed up with broken equipment. After an hour watching them scroll their cellphones, I inquired why work hadn’t started and they said they couldn’t start until manager gave further directions on how to proceed. They did not know if they would be able to do the job the same day. 4. We informed salesman, Dennis, about broken equipment, who promptly initiated a solution for a “heavy” discount to keep us as customers and he would attempt to send another crew same day to do the job. 5. Dennis returned the call after 30 minutes apologizing that no crew would arrive, “but he would be happy to knock off $500”, (an insult, to say the least) if we could wait til next available date. 6. Apart from the fact this company failed to complete work on the specified date and sent inoperative equipment to the job site, now we are stuck with weather coming in, garage items outside in the elements, and we are due to leave town in four days. This was on a Friday, btw, and we didn’t have the time to wait around for them to execute an alternative plan of action. 7. We canceled the job and called Stephen at Rocket Epoxy. A small business with no “middle man”. Rocket Epoxy even showed up the next day on a Saturday and completed the job by Sunday—very hard working crew and better priced.

  Just had Shaun and Bailey from Renuity do my garage floor and it looks outstanding- better than my expectations. They were friendly and informative while doing a great job on the work. Thanks!

  Recently had my garage completed with a coating from Renuity. They were extremely professional and informative during the consultation. They were on the higher end of quotes that I received, however; I feel that a company that stands behind its work with a warranty product is worth the money. Nathan, Bailey, & Josh showed up promptly on the date of installation and were very friendly and walked me through what their scope of work would be during the day. They went out of their way to make sure that none of my personal property was affected by the installation, they even took extra time to cover all my personal items that were nearby with tarps and keeping a clean workplace. They were very efficient and didn’t waste time or take any breaks until the job was completed, truly professionals. The garage coating looks better than I thought it would and it is top shelf work. Straight lines, even coating, and attention to detail truly make the work stand out. Great work, backed by warranty. Absolutely worth it.

  I didn’t end up purchasing anything today, but my experience with Dennis was fantastic. He was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I will be calling him back when I’m ready to cover my garage floor. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dennis and Renuity Home of Raleigh to others!
