I started this process in Feb/Mar.The builder is wonderful and Roberta, the sales representative on-site for the townhomes is AMAZING! Every week my contractor and/or superintendent sends an email to update you of where they are in building your home…with a picture too! When I came across this new build in their Phase II of this TH community, I knew I wanted to go see the model home. After walking through the model I was sold and knew I wanted to live there! The TH is going to have so much natural light and the kitchen & dining areas were set up perfectly for me. I honestly can’t tell you how excited and happy I am to be moving to Meadow View and to have worked with such a great builder! PS: you can’t beat the location in Clayton either. Close to any grocery store and even Clayton’s downtown. You’re close enough to what you need but far enough to not have to deal with a lot of noise, traffic, etc.
