Not only did they do a great job installing our HVAC system downstairs and upstairs, they were very polite and respectful to our property. Our experience with the new units being installed was excellent. The process took 2 days (as explained). The team was professional. They were careful with the removal and installation. They took care of our property well, putting protective liners down and cleaning up well. We were very pleased with our experience and we are excited to use our new HVAC system.
- SSSassyNov 6, 20251.0Common courtesy and customer service is truly GONE . Matt spent 15 minutes on the phone while staring into our 2 year old heat pump. Like he was confused or something. I came out to ask if he needed anything and he replied “Why would I”. RUDE. I also held the door open for him to carry out his ladder and he just waltzed through without a thank you or any acknowledgement as if I owe him that courtesy ( I’m a woman). To top it off he left dirty finger marks all over our attic access and didn’t bother to clean up after himself. I won’t be renewing my contract with these people. It’s a job and they don’t care about you.

But Mr Smith did a great job for us today! He took the time to explain the part of the system that was failing in a way that I could understand, "It's like the alternator in your car." He confirmed the cost of the replacement before getting permission to complete the repair. He was congenial, friendly, and someone I would enjoy getting to know better! I whole heartedly recommend our technician and his work!
