They said they wanted to make sure that we had heat when we went to bed! They both need a raise they were fantastic. I would definitely use Caroline Comfort Air again. Incredibly reckless and rude employees UNACCEPTABLE

- MPMikie PurdyDec 29, 20255.0Carolina Comfort Air replaced my 20-year-old Trane Packaged Heat Pump with a new Energy Efficient Trane system. The old leaky - improperly sized ducts were removed, some of the floor registers enlarged, and new ducts, boots, floor registers, etc was installed, in the crawl space of my older home. Everyone I encountered was prompt, professional, and courteous. Caleb Resendez did an outstanding job of laying out the project and following up with Q&A. Adam Summers & team exceeded my expectations for ductwork installation, in a cramped crawlspace. He is diligent, with attention to work detail, and an eye for doing the job right. He is a hard-working tradesman. Aaron the electrician also did a great job in system wiring. When the crew left the jobsite daily, it was as clean as expected. I would recommend this crew for any HVAC work.
