  Chance Davis was professional and explained everything in detail while he was here doing spring maintenance. He took his time and was very thorough. Chance was one of the best technicians I’ve seen in the business. Carolina Comfort Air stands by their products and will always ensure that any issues are fixed in a timely manner.

  Mathew Moore Completed a spring clean and Maintenance visit for us this morning. He did a wonderful job, was very knowledgeable, and was able to make the necessary repair of replacing our capacitor on the spot. He was very honest with us and explained our options and actually recommended the lower price option because it would be a better value for us and the age of our equipment. It is rare that you have a contractor looking out for you as the owner's best interest and not just trying to sell you the most expensive item. We truly appreciate Mathew's honesty and have never had a bad experience with Carolina Comfort Air. We 100% recommend them to anyone.

  Speedy & efficient service!! Martin was FANTASTIC! He was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident about what was being done. On top of that, he worked quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. We’re so grateful for the excellent service and would absolutely recommend him (& Carolina Comfort) to everyone!

  Needed a simple disconnect switch replaced and instead I ended up with an inexperienced tech taking way too long. Had to call a different company to come fix his mistakes. I offered to call them in to fix their own mistakes and the tech never showed up. Then they tried to charge me for backing out of a service plan. Who would want them to service an HVAC after all that? Roll the dice if you want. They aren't cheaper, they use very young inexperienced techs, and they force you into contracts to charge you extra money. So why would anyone use them....oh they seem really nice to talk to. You know what you don't need when your HVAC has issues, expensive inexperienced techs who bait you with good manners.

  recently had a new AC unit installed by Carolina Comfort and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Dylan B and Jon H were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They spent the entire day making sure everything was installed correctly and took the time to do the job right—not rushed at all. They were very easy to communicate with, professional, and answered any questions I had along the way. What really stood out to me was how clean and organized they left everything when they were done—it looked better than when they started! If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about quality work and customer experience, I highly recommend Carolina Comfort. Dylan and Jon made the whole process smooth and stress-free!
