  I can’t say enough great things about Izral Daniels and 12th and Oak Flooring. We recently had new hardwoods installed in our kitchen and family room, along with getting the existing hardwoods sanded and all stained to match. Izral is a master at his craft, and took time to explain in detail all of the options to consider in blending them together, stains, and finishes. He and his team did a fantastic job with everything going exactly as planned, including daily cleanups of dust and debris. His work brought out the beauty and character of the floors, and look fantastic throughout. Their craftsmanship and attention to every detail was very much appreciated!

  Team did a great job sanding, staining, and refinishing our hardwoods. Great communication before, during, and after the work was completed. Even helped us to find a stain color for our floors by custom blending a few different shades to get the exact look we were going for. Highly recommend 12th and Oak.

  I cannot say enough great things about these guys! From the consult to the touch ups, it has been nothing but professional, timely and affordable. After 21yrs of carpet in my living room & bedroom, I decided to replace it with traditional hardwoods. They also refinished the existing hardwoods! I highly recommend these guys!

  I had water damage on my hardwood floor in the kitchen\dinning room area. I hired 12th & Oak to repair the damage and then stain the floor a different color. 12th & Oak went out of their way to get me the stain I wanted. Once repair had started, they discovered rot and mold on the subfloor. They did an excellent job replacing the needed subflooring. I was impressed how knowledgeable the owner, Izarl, is! He not only made my floor look beautiful but informed me on how to care for it and what products worked well with the oil based floor. I would recommend 12th & Oak to anyone who needs work done on their floor or just wants a color change.

  Here is my before and after!!!! Just WOW! Not only does it look amazing they were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and ON TIME! Thank you 12th & Oak for making this process so seamless! If your shopping to get your floors redone just remember you get what you pay for! For us it was worth every penny!!!
