Great company with awesome people! Brittany and Tiffany were great to work with. Brittany got me a quote for a Radon remediation system for my well water and Tiffany helped with getting everything scheduled.
Garrett and Thomas came out and surveyed the house to see what needed to be done, then came back out and installed the CSI ZappR Radon system. They were very communicative and punctual. This was their first Radon system install and they did an awesome job!!
I am very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. The system has also been great so far, time will tell.
Thank you Morgan Well & Pump!!

What products/services does Morgan Well and Pump Inc offer?
Our company specializes in well pump installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as water filtration services. We cater to China Grove, NC and its neighboring areas.
How do I know if my pressure tank needs to be repaired or replaced?
Signs of a failing pressure tank include frequent pump cycling, inconsistent water pressure, waterlogged tanks, or increased electricity bills. While minor issues like pressure switch adjustments can often be fixed, a failed tank bladder or corrosion usually necessitates replacement. A professional assessment can determine the most effective and safe solution for your situation.
What are the warning signs that my well pump is failing?
Indications of a failing well pump include decreased water pressure, air sputtering from faucets, unusual noises, irregular water supply, or a continuously running pump. Addressing these symptoms promptly can prevent complete pump failure and more costly repairs.
How often should I have my well inspected?
For residential properties, we recommend annual well system inspections, particularly if it's your primary water source. These inspections typically evaluate pump performance, pressure tank functionality, electrical components, and water quality. Regular maintenance can extend your system's lifespan and safeguard your water supply.
When should I consider water filtration or softening systems?
Consider installing a filtration or softening system if you notice hard water stains, scale buildup, unpleasant taste or odor, discoloration, or sediment in your water. Professional water quality testing can identify specific contaminants or mineral levels, allowing us to recommend the most suitable treatment solution for your household, business, or agricultural needs.
What is involved in the well drilling process?
The well drilling process begins with site evaluation and obtaining necessary permits. The drilling method is determined by factors such as soil conditions, water table depth, and intended use. After drilling, we install casing and sealing to protect groundwater from contamination, followed by pump installation and system setup. Each step adheres to state and local regulations to ensure safety and long-term reliability.
What is well abandonment and why is it important?
Well abandonment is the process of permanently closing an unused or contaminated well. It's crucial for preventing groundwater contamination and eliminating safety hazards. The process involves sealing the well according to environmental regulations to protect aquifers and surrounding properties. This procedure should always be carried out by a licensed well professional.
What should I do if I lose water suddenly?
If you experience sudden water loss, first check your breaker panel and pressure switch to ensure power is reaching the pump. If these appear normal and you still lack water, it's important to contact a professional immediately. Sudden water loss may indicate pump failure, electrical issues, pressure tank problems, or well yield concerns. Our emergency well pump repair services can quickly restore your water supply and prevent further system damage.
