From start to finish the team made things easy, but one person in particular deserves very high praise: Tony. From the moment I called in to reserve equipment, Tony took care of everything. He listened carefully to our project needs, recommended the right tools for our scope, and arranged prompt delivery to our site—on time and exactly as promised. He followed up to confirm that the equipment arrived in good order, helped troubleshoot a minor setup question, and ensured everything was returned seamlessly. What stood out: • The gear was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Having things arrive ready made a big difference. • Communication was consistent: Tony proactively updated me when the drop-off time shifted, and gave clear instructions for return logistics. • The value felt right for the service.
