  We had a new tech that his time and he didn’t change our filters like the previous guy did 😢. Plus he was talking to some girl on speaker phone the whole time he was in the attic (personal call, not work related). Still a good company, just not a stellar experience with this new tech.

  My HVAC was scheduled for the seasonal maintenance with One Hour Heating and Air Conditionong of Charlotte. Benhamin Banzhof was the technician. Communication included the tech's picture, info, and estimated arrival time. Benjamin was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. He provided feedback and pictures so I could see the actual health of my HVAC system.

  From beginning to end of my AC spring. tuneup was fantastic... Tech Juan Cruz gave excellent customer service... Mannerism was courteous and polite...   Jake Wentz with One Hour gave us some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. We had a long, drawn-out HVAC issue that stretched over many months, and Jake was the one person who stayed fully engaged through all of it. He kept in touch, followed up, coordinated with managers and crews, and kept working toward solutions instead of letting things stall out. In a situation that could have easily felt frustrating and discouraging, he made us feel like someone was truly in our corner. Throughout it all, Jake was professional, patient, and doggedly determined. He treated us with respect, worked around our schedules, and kept us updated. He also always added a personal touch — remembering our dog’s name, asking about our jobs, and even sending a holiday greeting. We’re incredibly grateful for Jake, the team at One Hour, and would recommend them without hesitation.

  Was having AC issues on a Saturday evening around 6:00, by 8:00 had Zander at my home to assist. Within minutes of telling him the issues he had an idea of what the issue could be AND he was right. Within about 30 minutes we were back up and running. Extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Have to shoutout Zander… his knowledge and customer service were absolutely top notch. You all have a new customer for sure. Thank you!
