- RMRandy Mauldin3 days ago1.0From the lying salesman to the lying manager this company is a total waste! Sold me hand rails and corner shelves that could not be installed. Time and time again I was told I’d be refunded the cost but have not. When I call, I get the run around and nothing is resolved. The one day installation turned into a week and this was a major frustration! The company is just a poor choice! Never, I repeat, never use this company!

- NSNora SmithFeb 10, 20263.0Work has NOT started at my home. My complaint was on the initial call, I specifically asked if they do work on bathroom floors. I was told YES. When the salesman came out, he said they only do the tub or shower installation. I would need to get someone else to work on the floor. This was a complete turnoff for me--that they had lied to try to make the sale. I did end up listening and choosing them but is still not satisfied with the lies that were said to me at the time of the initial call. The reps doing the initial calls need training on the service you provide so other potential clients will not receive false information.
- MMMarthaJan 28, 20264.0The install was not as I expected ,they install a damage piece on my new shower and without letting me know it was damage until they were all done and I had to inspect their work. the installers shut off the main water from the street and it broke they left without telling me that it was broken, I notice until the next day and I had to call Madcity to fixed it, they call the city because they couldn't fix it. I had to wait couple of weeks to get the new part of the shower install. they promise their installer were very professional and that we wouldn't have any issues and it seems that's all we encounter.
